Kaolin mill, kaolin grinder

Kaolin is also called kaolinite and is a very important mineral, which is extensively used in ceramic industry andthe filling and coating of paper. It is a soft, earthy, usually white mineral, produced by the chemical weathering of aluminium silicate minerals like feldspar. And so Kaolin becomes the essential ore materials of tens of industries, such as ceramics, medicine, coated paper, as a food additive, in toothpaste, as a light diffusing material in white incandescent light bulbs, papermaking, chemical, painting, rubber and national defense.

Raymond mill can be used to process Kaolin into powder. The fineness of the final product can be 0.044mm~0.613mm, whch can meet different customers’ demand. Before the Kaolin is ground by Raymond mill, it should first be crushed into the needed size. Crushers can be used to process Kaolin include Jaw crusher and Symons cone crusher.

Jaw crusher is used in the kaolin primary crushing process, and ican pulverize kaolin into small pieces with the size less than 25.4mm.

Symons Cone crusher is used in kaolin secondary crushing process and can produce kaolin coarse powder, whose size less than 6.35mm.

Finally, Raymond mill can grind the crushed Kaolin into powder with the required size.
