FLOWING CHART INTRODUCTION

The flowing chart is three opening and two closed circuit system.The raw material (0-600mm) be put into Jaw crusher(PE900x1200)by vibrating feeder, and after primary crushed , the output size is 0-270mm,and be transport to two vibrating screen(screen hole 50mm, 150mm), after screening, 0-50mm be transported into two fine cone crusher HPT2200,50-300mm be put into medium crusher HPT400, three crusher output material will be transported to two vibrating screen 2YZS2460(screen hole 10mm、30mm),more than 10mm material should be back into two fine crusher HPT220, and 0-10mm will be transported in the final product site.

FLOWING CHART INTRODUCTION

This flowing chart is three paragraph and one closed circuit. the raw iron ore was put into jaw crusher by vibrating feeder,crushed into 0-300mm, the ore material will be put into the HST315(s1)through the transit bin, after crushing will be transport to the vibrating screen 2YZS2160 (50mm, 80mm), some bigger than 80mm will be transported into two HST160(S2), and the output will be sent to the primary vibrating screen,less than 50mm will be sent to the secondary vibrating screen 2YZS2160(10mm、35mm), and the final product will be screened into 0-10mm and 10-50mm.

Increased the input size. It adopt the European type jaw crusher and the HST series single hydraulic tank coarse chamber cone crusher, and reached bigger input and fine output to ensure the capacity.
Three set of cone crusher installed together saved the space and facilitated the maintenance and management, and also decreased the quantity of belt conveyor.
After rough finish,the high grade Iron ore was sold to china by shipping, it brought a new idea for the local small scale miners with big investment,big capacity and big profit,and also sped up the local mine resource integration ,and made the ore mine more professional and large-scale.

the raw gold ore was put into jaw crusher(PE750x1060)by vibrating feeder, crushed into 0-200mm, the ore material will be put into the HPT220 through the transit bin,after crushing will be transport to the vibrating screen 2YZS2460 (15mm,40mm), some bigger than 15mm will be transported into HPT220(fine chamber), and the output will be put into the vibrating, 0-15mm be put into the final product bin.the flowing process is grinding ,4 set ball mill (2736) two step working,and the out put size is 200mesh D80, then the ore pulp will be transported into the flotation machine after mixing with the medicament in the mixer,after three Step essential collection, and make the final product grade reach 30g/h.

EQUIPMENT ADVANTAGE

HPT cone crusher has greatly decreased the input size to the ball mill,and improve the efficiency of the grinding ore, and also lower the energy consumption.
The stabilize operation of the main crusher has guaranteed the ceaselessly of the following grinding and benefication procedure.
This project was for an existing plant retrofitting, it was a good replacement for the crushing equipment which were old and low auto-controlling. Low cost of the maintenance also decreased the processing cost of the final products.
