| Reply: | The possible reasons are as below: 1. The grease is overmuch or shortage. 2. The grease is smudgy. 3. The bearing is broken. The solution method: 1. Check the grease is adequate or not. The grease should fill in the bearing block at least 50%. 2. Cleaning the bearing and change the grease. 3. Change the bearing. |
