CAN SOMEONE SUGGEST THE FOLLOWING:-

1)TYPE OF SCREEN IE ROTARY / VIBRATING
Circle throw, vibratings screen at 25 degree decline,
1/4 (6mm) circle 1000-1100 rpm range, running counterflow
rotation

2) SIZE OF SCREEN: 5x16 (90 sq ft screening area) Assuming we can pass between .8 to 1.0 tons per sq foot by sizing and without the benefit of a full sieve analysis of the feed

3) MOTOR HP ETC. 7.5 Hp

4) MANUFACTURER NAME: Dillon screen 2 brg circle throw inclined

NOTE: Could be smaller depending on sieve analysis....if we do anything here.....SMALLER stroke and faster RPM and steeper angle are all do-able by the rules.

Many makes of screens can do this job quite nicely.
