Straight Centrifugal Mill

The national IPR product─ Straight Centrifugal Mill is our latest type which is designed by our experts upon their rich experience and hard work in the field. The product opened an era in industrial mill field due to its high efficiency and low energy consumption. The machine is used to grind various non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff in mining, building, chemical, metallurgical industry, etc. It can grind high, medial and low hardness material whose Moth’s hardness is below 9.5, such as silica carbide, zirconium, quartz stone, granite, barite, marble, limestone, soap stone, calcium sulphate stone, slag, ceramic prismatic, glass, etc

Working Principle:

The motor drives the rollers suspension frame through flywheel and shaft, and the rollers will rotate around the ring with the rollers suspension frame.
The lump materials are evenly distributed and grinded between the roller and the ring, and then discharged from the lower part .Deduster will eliminate the dust, meanwhile carry away the heat.
Wet production: The process assembles the Dry Production; the difference lies in adding water and the dehydration after grinding. This process can be designed according the user's requirements. Unlike dry production, no blower and the deduster are used for eliminate the dust.

Main features:

1. Energy-saving
   The energy consumption of the blower in the Straight Centrifugal Mill is only 5.6% that of Raymond mill which blower consumption is up to 42% of its total consumption. Moreover, there is no energy consumption during movement of the shovel blade, while in the Raymond mill, the consumption is up to 20 % of its total consumption.
2. High efficiency
   Under the same condition, the roller covers 2.3 times area that of Raymond mill.
3. High-usage of the wearing parts
   In the Straight Centrifugal Mill, the roller and the ring are discarded when the whole parts are worn out and lose 55% in weight while in the Raymond mill, they are discarded only when its middle part are worn out and 35% in weight.
4. Accident insurance
   The pod will function normally with bolt and small slab in the materials in the Straight Centrifugal Mill, while in the Raymond mill, the pod will be breakdown.
5. Conqueror of high hardness material which is hard to work
   Compared with Raymond mill, the capacity of Straight Centrifugal Mill remains stable because of even lose in the roller and ring mentioned above.
6. Wet production
   The material can be grinded with water.
7. Small cover space
   The required space of the Straight Centrifugal Mill is only 50% that of Raymond mill.

Note:
① The average size of product is adjustable.
② The capacity is that feeding materials are not through the classifier and 90%the size of feeding materials are smaller then 2.8mm.
