The process analysis of superfine coarse whiting

Vertical mill can pulverize materials directly, and there is little fine powder in unit time. Because grinding roller presses materials by hydraulic mode, grinding roller will produce greater pressure. And the grinding efficiency is higher than Raymond Mill’s in this way. The process of vertical mill system is very simple compared with Ball Mill, and the input size of raw materials is also bigger than ball mill’s. All materials whose sizes are less than 30m can go into grinding chamber for milling. The powder ground by vertical mill and collected by dust catcher will be finished coarse whiting with size of 600-1250 mesh. If you need quadratic classifying for the finished products, you can get superfine powder with size of 1250 mesh.

With advantages of energy conservation, scale production and meticulous process, vertical mill combined with quadratic classifying production can process superfine coarse whiting and satisfy the fineness requirement about 600-2500 mesh. And the most obvious advantage is saving more energy when producing the coarse whiting whose size is below 1250 mesh.

In a word, vertical mill is the most common equipment used in coarse whiting production line.
