Precautions for the use of new third generation sand making machine

When feeding materials, the stones’ size should be smaller than 3mm to help form uniform lining in interior of the rotor and make rotor run smoothly. In the initial unbalanced process, increasing materials as many as possible to weaken vibration. When third generation sand making machine runs regularly, the materials should be fed evenly.

When third generation sand making machine vibrates abnormally, there may be uneven abrasion between wear-resistant parts and rotors, and it is because of unbalanced state caused by unsymmetrical rotor and material deposit and loose taper sleeve. After removing normal vibration, you can stop to check the machine. In addition, there can be a vibration switch on the third generation sand making machine. It will initiative to stop working before the equipment is damaged when checking unbalance vibration.

The wear-resistant parts of third generation sand making machine’s rotor are used for preventing rotor from damage. For guaranteeing failure-free operation of third generation sand making machine, the wear-resistant rotor parts and inner lining of the machine should be checked regularly and change worn parts timely. Besides, you should check rotor, interior and appearance of sand making machine, and adding grease in bearing box every 8-10 hours the equipment works.
