Daily Maintenance of Sand and Gravel Crushing Equipment

(I) Internal Wear Inspection and Treatment

Regularly shut down the equipment and open the inspection door to thoroughly examine the internal wear condition of the sand and gravel crushing equipment. Pay close attention to the wear extent of key components such as the central feed pipe, cone cap, upper and lower flow channel liners of the impeller, circumferential guard plates, and wear-resistant blocks. If wear is detected, promptly replace or repair the affected parts. When replacing wear-resistant blocks, ensure they are replaced in sets and that the new blocks have identical weights. It is crucial to emphasize that opening the inspection door to check the internal operation while the equipment is running is strictly prohibited to prevent accidents. Should wear be found on the impeller body, contact the manufacturer promptly for replacement or repair.

(II) Adjustment of Drive V-belts

The tension of the drive V-belts must be adjusted to an appropriate level to ensure even force distribution across all belts. For equipment utilizing dual-motor drives, the V-belts on both sides should be selected and grouped accordingly, striving to maintain consistent length within each group. Simultaneously, adjust the current difference between the two motors so that it does not exceed 15A.
